This song is a great track with a different feel from the other songs in her discography. It portrays their relationship as something greater than themselves. The lyrics use religious imagery to paint a picture, that some people think is of Swift’s current relationship with long-time boyfriend Joe Alwyn. One of my favorite songs on her seventh studio album "Lover," "False God" is an amazing song. It's a great fit to add to any road trip playlist. Detailing a doomed romance while comparing it to a Bonnie and Clyde criminal dynamic makes for a compelling track and a part of what makes it so memorable. One of my all-time favorite songs from Swift’s discography on one of my favorite albums, "Getaway Car" is the perfect story-based song. This song has some of my favorite lyrics from Swift, comparing being clean to finding yourself again after leaving a relationship and living in an endless cycle of heartbreak. One of my favorite tracks on Swift’s 2014 album "1989," "Clean" is truly a masterpiece. While Swift does have some phenomenal singles and radio hits that are known worldwide, some of her absolute best songs come from the other tracks on her albums.
